Contact form privacy

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and project inquiry. Company, project stage, and timing are optional. Please share an overview rather than confidential files or sensitive personal information.
How it is used
We use your information to assess and respond to your inquiry, and to send an acknowledgment. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website and email services
The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes website requests and form verification. Transactional messages are sent through Brevo using the studio’s mail service. Inquiries are delivered to the studio’s contact inbox, which is hosted by Google Gmail. Email providers may retain delivery and security records under their own policies.
Records and your choices
The mail service stores inquiries and delivery jobs in a secure queue. Completed inquiry and delivery records are removed after 30 days; unsent messages are retained for retry and resolution. Hashed email and IP rate-limit records are retained for 24 hours. The form does not upload files. Your inquiry and our correspondence are held in the contact inbox for responding to you and managing any subsequent project discussion. You may request correction or deletion by replying to our acknowledgment or contacting hello@formantworks.com. Where records need to be retained for an ongoing project or another applicable obligation, we will explain that in response.
Cookies and verification
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this website.
